The 7 ½ Habits Lifelong Learning

It was nice to get refresher course on the 7 habits of lifelong learning. My preferred habit is number 3 view problems as challenges. If we can only reflect at the time problems arise that it’s just one hurdle, hill, or even a step to conquer for us to get closer to our goal.

After reviewing the video, I reviewed my long list of goals and made it more realistic. I was happy to see how much I already accomplished, but now with these essential steps (putting it in writing, obstacles, toolbox, resource for help, path to goal, check in, and sign it) I know my outcome will be successful.
